The Baowei Innovation Park (Hezhi Park) on Ma'an Island, Cuiheng New District, was topped out recently. 

This 100,000-m² Grade-A complex combines R&D offices, smart manufacturing workshops, talent apartments and commercial facilities, offering full-cycle development support for enterprises.

Focusing on electronic information, precision injection molding and upstream/downstream firms, the project boasts over 80% occupancy in first-floor retail spaces. 

Building 3 stands out as a heavy-duty production hub: its first floor features 8-meter ceilings and 2 tons/m² load capacity, accommodating large injection molding machines and precision production lines. Four high-capacity freight elevators ensure efficient equipment movement.

Green innovation is central to the design. The chilled water storage cooling system cuts AC energy costs by 30-50% for tenants, reducing annual carbon emissions by about 800 tons per unit. 

Strategically located 200m from Xiangshan Station on the Nansha-Zhongshan Intercity Railway and 2km from a highway entrance, the site provides 1-hour access to key Greater Bay Area cities, enhancing connectivity for businesses.
