Guangdong Gongyi Electric Appliance Industrial Co's project spans about 3.43 hectares, featuring four high-standard factory buildings. Its first phase, including two buildings, has been completed and delivered last year.

Zhongshan Shanglian Photoelectric Technology Co's 2.72-hectare site has seen its first three phases put into operation; construction on Phase IV began recently.

Jagure Caster Manufacturing Co's 1.4-hectare project has started its second-phase factory construction. Optimizing spatial layout, it aims to boost both land-use efficiency and industrial development quality.
