A groundbreaking ceremony on December 7 marked the start of construction of the Guangye Industrial Building in Xiaoli Community, Dongfeng Town. The nine-story structure will span 21,600 square meters and rise 70 meters tall, becoming Dongfeng's second industrial building to reach this height.

Upon completion, it will transform into a modern hub blending industrial production, commercial amenities, offices and R&D facilities, linking seamlessly with the existing 33,000-square-meter collective industrial workshops in the community. Together, they will form a large-scale, integrated modern industrial park with enhanced functionality.
