Zhongshan's Shenwan Town hosted the 2025 Investment Promotion Project Signing Ceremony along with a groundbreaking ceremony for the Shenxi Intelligent Industrial Base on December 19. Eight high-quality projects were signed on-site, with a total investment of nearly 1 billion yuan, covering cutting-edge fields such as high-end equipment manufacturing, new materials, digital manufacturing, and culture-commerce-tourism integration.

Among the newly signed, Greater Bay Geyang plans to invest 500 million yuan to purchase a 30,000-square-meter factory building for producing new energy equipment and accessories for drones and boats. Bobo Commercial Real Estate will invest 150 million yuan to build a culture-commerce-tourism complex. And Zhongshan Xinghe Shipbuilding will invest 100 million yuan to build a base for high-end yacht services and intelligent ship manufacturing.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the Shenxi Intelligent Industrial Base was also held. With a total investment of 199.917 million yuan, the project has already established a cooperation partnership with Guangzhen Technology. Upon completion, it will engage in the manufacturing of wearable smart devices, the R&D and production of AI glasses, the manufacturing of smart home consumer equipment, and the R&D of new material technologies.
