Zhongshan's Xiaolan unveiled its Enterprise VIP Service Zone at the town's public service hall on February 9, offering premium services to nearly 1,800 key enterprises.

The zone features the "Government Affairs Express" counter, VIP special seats, the "Video Office" and others, enabling one-stop handling of nearly 800 service items covering social security, health insurance, business registration, housing provident fund, taxation, and engineering construction.

For key enterprises and projects, tailored services such as one-on-one "Chief Administrative Officer" and "Visiting Direct Car," alongside remote video verification and online approval guidance will be provided.

Leveraging smart tools such as the "AI Xiaolan" digital human, the zone will continuously improve service quality through digital and intelligent upgrades.

Enterprises can book VIP services, including one-window processing, priority approvals and dedicated follow-up, via the "Xiaolan Business VIP (榄商尊享)" and "Zhongshan Cloud Reservation (中山云预约)" WeChat applets, or by calling 22182037.
