Three key projects in Zhongshan's East District broke ground the same day on February 26, including Guangdong Ying'an Technology Building, DP PARK, and the Yun Jing Tai residential compound.

Situated south of Bo'ai 7th Road, Ying'an Technology Building, with a total investment of 180 million yuan, is a mixed-use industrial complex spans 28,000 square meters. It will prioritize attracting national-level high-tech enterprises, fostering an innovation ecosystem that integrates R&D, office space and business incubation.

DP PARK, located west of Yintong Street with a 400 million yuan investment, targets young consumers. This youth cultural landmark will feature immersive shopping experiences, Cantonese cultural scenes, trendy art installations, anime/pop culture venues, an incense museum, and rooftop basketball courts.

At the Qiwan Avenue-Zhongshan Road intersection, Yun Jing Tai, a 40,000-square-meter fourth-generation housing project, targets urban elites with its "aerial courtyard lifestyle" concept, blending vertical gardens with premium living spaces.
