Zhongshan's Nantou Town hosted a ceremony on February 28, launching the construction of 7 key projects spanning industrial upgrading, infrastructure development and other areas.

Among the highlights was Badese's water-based coatings production project, with a yearly output of 50,000 tonnes.

Nearly three decades rooted in Nantou, Badese has transformed from a single wall paint producer into an industry leader that covers art coatings, industrial coatings and more. It earns a spot on China's Top 500 Most Valuable Brands list for 11 consecutive years.

Badese chairman Fang Xueping noted the new project will prioritize the R&D and production of eco-friendly coatings to strengthen the company's industrial chain.
