Situated in Nanlang No.1 Industrial Zone, Vika Intelligent Technology Industrial Park, a project under Hong Kong-based group company Vika, positions smart central ventilation as its core industry while strategically clustering upstream and downstream enterprises of the intelligent electronics sector.

To date, the park has hit the halfway mark in investment attraction, with 80% of settled enterprises hailing from Shenzhen, accelerating the formation of a complete smart and environmental protection industry chain.

The park's phase one includes 2 new factory buildings with a total floor area of 35,800 square meters, which have been completed in January. Phase two, planned for a floor area of 16,000 square meters, is scheduled to start construction in October.
