Zhongshan Xinqianjin Industrial Development Co Ltd's food processing production base, with an annual output of 1,000 tonnes, broke ground in Zhongshan's Tanzhou Town on May 11.

With a planned investment of 389 million yuan, the project will focus on premium sectors including modern agriculture, food processing, prepared food and central kitchens.

Upon completion, it is expected to generate 12 million yuan in annual revenue.
