The Mingsheng Smart Tech Park, an industrial park redevelopment project with the largest construction area in Zhongshan's Tanzhou town, was topped out on May 26.

Located in Yong'er Village, it covers a land area of approximately 5.53 hectares, with a total investment of 800 million yuan. From groundbreaking to topping out, it took just over 8 months.

The project comprises 6 standardized factory buildings, targeting such cutting-edge industries as smart manufacturing and commercial displays and related. It aims to create a new industrial hub integrating product design, research and development, exhibition and trade.
