The main structure of Longrui Smart Manufacturing Industrial Park, the first "commercial-to-industrial" park in Zhongshan Shaxi Town, was topped out on August 5. The project involves a total investment of over 350 million yuan and is set to become a hub for apparel e-commerce  and livestreaming.

Covering about 2.8 hectares, Longrui Smart Manufacturing Industrial Park offers industry space and such facilities as e-commerce office buildings, a livestreaming base, talent apartments, and a two-level underground parking garage.

At the topping-out ceremony, the operator signed strategic cooperation agreements with prospective tenants.
