The groundbreaking ceremony for the China Asia Valley Industrial Base was held on August 25 in Zhongshan's Cuiheng New District, with 4 companies signing agreements on-site to set up operations.
With total investment of 800 million yuan and covering approximately 32,800 square meters, the project focuses on the new energy, new materials and electronic information sectors. It will include 2 R&D buildings, 3 smart manufacturing plants, talent apartments and underground parking.

The project will integrate cutting-edge technologies such as the industrial internet and digital twins to create a platform for technology R&D, smart manufacturing and industrial collaboration that facilitates the digital transformation of traditional industries.
The construction is scheduled to take 22 months, with the main structure expected to top out in September 2027 and full completion in June 2028.
China Asia Valley Group, a global industrial ecosystem operator listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, started its journey in Hong Kong in 1986.
