Zhongshan's Sanxiang town broke ground on 11 key projects for the third quarter, including Rayson Hi-Tech's memory manufacturing headquarters, at the Zhongshan Semiconductor Industrial Park on September 28.

These projects carry a total investment of about 2.01 billion yuan and are expected to generate 5.11 billion yuan in annual output value once fully operational. They span semiconductor memory, smart manufacturing, the low-altitude economy, trendy toys and cultural products, youth entrepreneurship, cultural communication, and other areas.

The Rayson Hi-Tech project sits inside the Zhongshan Semiconductor Industrial Park and covers about 1.3 hectares. It plans to build a smart manufacturing center for memory products, with production expected to begin by the end of 2028. The company then will move all capacity from its Shenzhen plant to the Zhongshan base, consolidating production and expanding at scale.
