The Zhongshan Semiconductor and Integrated Circuit Investment Promotion Conference took place at the Fuhua Hotel on November 2.

At the event, 12 semiconductor projects were signed, with total investment of about 4.2 billion yuan. The Zhongshan Semiconductor and Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund was unveiled, and the "Invest in Zhongshan" industrial chain promotion campaign was launched.

In 2025, the output value of Zhongshan's semiconductor and integrated circuit industry reached nearly 30 billion yuan, with nearly 90 industrial enterprises above designated size. In the first 7 months of 2026, Zhongshan's integrated circuit imports and exports totaled 19.97 billion yuan, up 122.2 percent year on year.
