June 13 marked China's "Cultural and Natural Heritage Day". In the evening, Zhongshan Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Center held the first Zhongshan Intangible Cultural Heritage Online Shopping Festival cum the Zhongshan Intangible Cultural Heritage Promotion Conference. A total of 14 ICH projects and 30 products participated in the sale, attracting 257,000 viewers. 

At the conference, almond cake experts showed their cake-making skills, and the Pandon-leaf wrapped rice dumplings experts demonstrated the techniques of wrapping and creating Chinese traditional rice dumplings. According to the staff of the Zhongshan Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Center, the sales volume of rice dumplings alone accounted for more than 1,000 yuan on the night of the live stream.
