Recently, a provincial "Cantonese Cuisine Master" studio, the Hawaii Lin Kaisheng Studio, was set up in Hawaii Catering Service Management Co Ltd in Joy City, a shopping mall in West District.

The studio will receive a 300,000 yuan construction project subsidy and train a group of famous Zhongshan chefs through apprenticeship so as to help Zhongshan's "Cantonese Cuisine Chef" project.

It is also Zhongshan's third provincial "Cantonese Cuisine Chef" studio after MGF Studio in Seaport City Restaurant and Zheng Yaorong Studio in Sanxi Restaurant.

As one of the first registered Chinese culinary masters, Lin Kaisheng once served as a hotel chef in Cambodia, Beijing, Chengdu, Hong Kong and other places, and also set up a restaurant in Zhongshan to feature Cantonese cuisine. "I hope that through my personal efforts, more people can fall in love with Cantonese cuisine." Lin Kaisheng said.
