South District's Liangdu Community and Shachong Economic Union signed an agreement authorizing the use of the trademark "Liangdu Braised Pork" with Zhongshan Xingzhong Catering Management Co. The three parties are planning to launch the ready-made dish product "Liangdu Braised Pork".

"Liangdu Braised Pork" is a renowned dish in the story of Ma Nanbao Serving the Emperor in Shachong Community. With a rich historical and cultural significance, it is considered authentic to add some local betel during its preparation.

Previously, Xingzhong Catering's research team formulated the standardized preparation procedures of the Liangdu Braised Pork ready-made dish after a three-month interview program.

In the future, based on Xingzhong Catering's R&D and technology resources, the project will improve the recipe and making process and explore the regional characteristics and cultural settings of "Liangdu Braised Pork" to make it a signature dish of Zhongshan.
