Zhongshan Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs on Tuesday announced the Top 10 Iconic Agricultural Products of Zhongshan. Zhongshan Crispy Grass Carp, Sanjiao Snakehead Fish, Obscure Pufferfish, Crispy Tilapia, Shiqi Pigeon, Zhongshan Shalan Chicken, Zhongshan Shelduck, Shenwan Pineapple, Yakou Selenium-rich Rice and Huangpu Cured Meat made the list.

The top 10 products were selected from 16 categories of aquatic products, beasts and birds, fruits, grain and processed agricultural products, with consideration of planting history, local characteristics, output, product quality, degree of commercialization, and etc.
