The Storage Technology History Museum integrating the collection, exhibition, research and cultural exchange of memory products was inaugurated on April 27 in the Storage Industry Park of Longsys Electronics Co Ltd in Tsuihang New District. More than 1,000 industry professionals from different places visited the museum on that day.

It took 5 years to complete the whole museum that covers a total area of about 5,000 square meters. The museum includes three theme exhibition halls ("History", "Life" and "Industry"), a lecture hall and a small gallery.

The Storage Technology History Museum exhibits a large number of real objects gathered from around the world, ranging from non-electrical storage tools, such as recording knots and oracle bones, to electric and wireless storage tools coming after the Turing machine, and to various AI or intelligent storage tools in nowadays.

In the "Life Exhibition Hall", visitors were attracted by a mobile phone wall composed of more than 100 cellphone models of different generations. The changes in the appearance of mobile phones reflected not only the design and technology transformations, but also the upgrade of storage devices.

"No matter how technology evolves, the purpose of storage is always to record the history and inspire the future generations," said Cai Huabo, founder of the Storage Technology History Museum and Chairman of Longsys Electronics.
