China Post issued a set of two commemorative stamps marking the 100th anniversary of the May 4th Movement on May 4, 2019. The two stamps, respectively entitled "Inheriting the May 4th Movement Spirit" and "Advancing Bravely in the New Era", have a face value of 1.20 yuan each.

Zhongshan Post issued the commemorative stamps simultaneously at multiple branches, including the East District Stamp Store, Xiaolan's Xinyong Branch Office, Tanzhou's Jieshi Branch Office, and etc on the day.  

The commemorative stamps were popular among Zhongshan philately lovers. Not until 10:00 am on the day, the East District Stamp Store sold out all 340 sets of the stamps.
