The first anti-drug post office in Guangdong Province that is jointly founded by the Zhongshan Anti-Drug Office, Zhongshan Education and Sports Bureau and Zhongshan Branch of China Post Group opened on the morning of September 19 at the Zhongshan Anti-drug Education Base. 

This is the first post office in Guangdong Province on the theme of anti-drug publicity.

Famous folk paper-cut artist Liang Jiekang was invited to the opening ceremony to create a series of paper-cut works related to anti-drug campaign and donated six of them to the anti-drug post office.

The Zhongshan "Anti-Drug Passport" also debuted as another highlight of the event.

A prize presentation was held for the winners of the first Zhongshan Youth Anti-drug Postcard Competition at the opening ceremony. The first prize-winning work has been approved by the national postal administration to be issued publicly as Zhongshan's first anti-drug stamped postcard.
