This tournament is sponsored by the Baseball Federation of Asia (BFA) and the Chinese Baseball Association. It was co-organized by the Dongsheng Township People's Government, Zhongshan Baseball and Softball Association and Guangdong Panda Sports Culture Industry Co Ltd.

The tournament features eight teams from China, Japan, South Korea, India, the Philippines, Pakistan, Taipei China and Hong Kong China, with more than 200 female baseball players and coaches participating.

This tournament, which will last until November 15, is divided into three rounds: group matches, super round-robin and finals. The award and closing ceremonies will be organized on the evening of November 15.
