The Zhongshan Han-nationality Culture Promotion on November 17 organized a Han clothing fashion event. More than 400 representatives of Han clothing societies from Zhongshan universities and colleges and surrounding cities as well as Chinese culture lovers attended the event.

Decorated in ancient style, the event features a Han costume show, a Han marriage show and a  Han-style bazaar.

The Han costume show displayed Han clothings in different dynasties and styles. The combination of traditional Han costume and modern elements adds innovation to clothing design and matching, thus forming a unique style of Han costume fashion.

Among the participants, Yang Wenjun in a yellow Ming dynasty long coat caught many eyes. She loves Han clothing and Han culture and she engages in chemical detection. "My first contact with Han clothing was in 2008. Since then, I have been studying the connotation of traditional culture. In the process, I have not only reaped happiness, but also become calm and unhurried."
