The Guangdong Cross-country Car Club League (Zhongshan Station) and the Zhongshan Coastal Off-road Auto Jungle Race kicked off at the Nanlang Hot Spring Coast Auto Culture Theme Park last weekend.

More than 200 drivers from over 80 top clubs across the country took part in a spectacular chase on the converted seaside track.

Cross-country racing is a kind of competition which is exciting and fun to watch. It is a public favorite because of its spirit of overstepping the limit, while combining people and their cars with hotly contected matches.

This staged competition has set groups, including the mass production group, open group, professional group, UTV group, and the female group. After a brief opening ceremony, the race kicks off, and the cars are like runaway, wild horses. They remind one of being on stage for a real-life version of "Fast and Furious."
