The 12th Sanxiang Tourism and Food Culture Festival will be organized from December 28, 2019 to January 3, 2020 in the Sanxiang Town Cultural Square .

This Festival will feature the opening ceremony, Cantonese cuisine chef competition, Sanxiang Town traditional art performance , cooking performance presented by the students of the Zhongshan Sanxiang Polytechnic School, Kung fu performance, and the local band concert, etc.

A local food area, a children's health food area, a local industrial and a joint company exhibition area, a "9+2" city food special booth of the Greater Bay Area, and an eco-tourism promotion area of Sanxiang Town will be set in the food culture festival, thus displaying the deep historical and folk culture of the town.

Sanxiang has a provincial training base for the Cantonese cuisine chef. At this tourism and food culture festival, the "Cantonese cuisine chef" competition will present a wonderful and exquisite cooking performance, and display the deep "Cantonese cuisine" culture.

There are free shuttle buses running between the event site and the famous scenic areas in the town, making it convenient for tourists to go to the Former Residence of Zheng Guanying, Guhe Ancient Village, Xiaolanghuan Park, Quanlin Happy World, as well as the Julong Culture Expo Park, Huacai Antique City, Ming and Qing Antique City, etc.
