The 9th Zhongshan "Panda Cup" Junior Baseball Invitational ended with a wonderful final on December 23 with Japan's Ichihara Pony winning the championship. The host, Zhongshan Panda Junior Baseball Team, won the 4th prize.

Ten teams participated in this competition, including Saga Pony, Keiyu Pony and Ichihara Pony from Japan, Busan Gyeonggi-Do United and Seoul Junior Baseball Team from South Korea, Taoyuan Renshan Elementary School Team and Taoyuan Chung Ping Elementary School Team from Taiwan, China, Hong Kong Youth Development Team from Hong Kong, the China, MLB China Development Center team and Zhongshan Panda Junior Baseball Team.

It is reported that the "Panda Cup" is a local brand competition in Zhongshan, which has been organized 9 times since it started in 2011.
