More than 5,000 people gathered by the Qijiang River on the morning of January 5 to participate in the 2020 Shiqi District Charity Run.

The total length of the track is about 4.4 kilometers. Runners coming from government agencies, schools, enterprises, communities, new economic organizations and social organizations, women's organizations, the Communist Youth League, and some other people took part in men's group, women's group and children's group of the event.

At the site, a security team, a medical rescue team and an environment protection team were set up. There were also booths for charity bazaar activities and rescue knowledge consultation.

Shiqi Middle School, Qifa Middle School, Gaojiaji Primary School, Shiqi No.1 Primary School, Dasin School, Yang Xianyi Primary School, Shiqi Experimental Primary School, China-Hong Kong English School, Tiyu Road School, Zhangxi Zheng Er Primary School, Diyicheng Primary School, Perfect (China), Dasin Holdings, One Plus One Supermarket, Pianor, CDX Bakery, Shiqi District Public Security Bureau and other units made donations with love.

By the end of that day, Shiqi District had raised more than 3.35 million yuan for this year's Zhongshan Charity Parade.
