With the theme "Spring Rhyme around Greater Bay Area, Music Surrounding Zhongshan", the 2020 Zhongshan, Hong Kong and Macao Youth Spring Festival Charity Concert was held on the evening of January 11 at the Grand Theater of Zhongshan Culture & Art Center to welcome the Spring Festival.

A total of 116 young musicians from Zhongshan, Hong Kong and Macao performed excellent folk songs to the audience of more than 1,300 people and expressed best wishes for the Spring Festival.

Earlier before the Concert, a "free ticket giveaway" activity was carried out. A total of 1,914 pieces (sets) of winter clothing and quilts were donated by warmhearted citizens and caring enterprises, with a value of 258,670 yuan. The day before the concert, all the winter supplies were sent to the children in the alpine mountain area of Zhaotong city, Yunnan province.

It is reported that the annual youth Spring Festival charity concert has been held 16 times so far, benefiting tens of thousands of citizens. It is the one of the highlights in Zhongshan before the Spring Festival every year.
