With the theme"Chinese Paintings of the Times", the 3rd National Exhibition of Modern Gongbi Art was opened on January 15 at Zhongshan Museum of Art. This exhibition displays 180 selected works and nearly 20 works of specially invited artists.

It is reported that the National Exhibition of Modern Gongbi Art is held every three years and is the highest level of exhibition in the fine brushwork field.

Three works from Zhongshan were selected in this exhibition and three were eligible for membership: Zheng Hongmei's "5G Times", Bao Qin's "Those Flowers" and Xiao Yadan's "Summer Seal 2015"were eligible for membership. Li Kecheng's "Ready to Go", Yu Xuanjun's "Ten Minutes' Break" and Long Yingjing's "New Comrades" were selected for display.
