A press conference was held at the conference center of the Zhongshan People's Government for the large-scale original CPC history-related drama play "The Wind Rises" on September 13. Writers, art directors, starring actors and actresses were present to introduce the drama.

"The Wind Rises", formerly known as "Twilight", is a suspense theater drama that affirms ideals and faith, displays conflicts of human nature, and eulogizes heroic spirits. It will make debut on September 15. Tian Jingang, chairman of the Zhongshan Theatre Association and a leading drama creator of Zhongshan Cultural Center, serves as the scriptwriter of "The Wind Rises" that will represent Zhongshan to join in the 14th Guangdong Art Festival.

The premiere of this drama is a people-benefits performance. It is initially planned to issue 800 free tickets, 400 of which will be distributed to the public through an online ticket-drawing.
