In celebration of the 71st anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the 21st anniversary of Macao's return to China, the Greater Bay Area Calligraphy, Painting and Filmography Exhibition sponsored by the Macao Belt and Road Calligraphy and Painting Culture and Art Promotion Association was held at Qinmu Academy in Tanzhou Town on the afternoon of November 3.
More than 150 calligraphy, painting and photography works are on display in the two-story exhibition hall, and more than 20 famous calligraphers and painters will be present to share and exchange their views.
"This exhibition not only displays works of the anti-epidemic theme, but also includes works created by famous calligraphers and painting enthusiasts from all over the country during the epidemic." Huang Yuling, president of the Macao Belt and Road Calligraphy and Painting Culture and Art Promotion Association, hoped that the exhibition would help promote calligraphy and painting culture and art in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and convey the patriotism of artists in the Greater Bay Area.
The exhibition will last until November 11, and the association plans to hold exhibitions in Guangzhou, Zhuhai and other cities.
