The launch ceremony of 2020 Zhongshan Food Safety Publicity Week was held on the morning of November 6 at Yixian Lake Park.

At the event an awards ceremony was held for the youth "Protecting Food Safety With Me" campaign and the cartoon competition themed on consumer rights protection. The Zhongshan Food Safety Office, Zhongshan Customs, Zhongshan Consumer Council, Insurance Association of Zhongshan and relevant food associations interacted with the public through setting up publicity stands, holding garden party and consultation activities, etc.

From November 6 to November 30, the Zhongshan Administration for Market Regulation and other 13 departments and associations in Zhongshan will organize over 100 related activities. Citizens can visit the activity sites with their children to have fun and learn safety knowledge about food through engaging activities.
