With the theme of "Moving Towards a Prosperous Life: A Glimpse of Zhongshan",  a large-scale collaborative photography and poetry project was launched in Zhongshan on the morning of November 17.

Over the upcoming 8 days, photographers and journalists from the China Photographers Association, the Poetry Periodical Society, the Guangdong Photographers Association, and major media outlets will visit the Tourism Area of Sun Yat-sen's Hometown, a national 5A tourist area, Zhongshan specialty industry towns and districts, the performance sites of national intangible cultural heritage projects and beautiful countrysides to collect materials for their works.

All works from this project will be collected and put on display.

On November 17, photographers and poets went to Torch Development Zone, West District, Nanlang, Huangpu other towns and districts in three groups for creations themed on such topics as rural construction, folk art and new industrial development.
