Zhongshan is holding a short video contest to depict rural revitalization and showcase local cultural resources in the city.

Requirements

1. The duration of the entry video should range from 30 seconds to 2 minutes

2. The video can be a landscape or portrait version. The resolution must be at least 1080p (16:9 aspect ratio), the frame rate should be 25 fps, the code rate must be at least 8M/s, in the format of MP4 or MOV, with a size of no more than 100Mb.

Video content

1. All filming must be done in Zhongshan. The theme of submissions should be related to the rural cultural revitalization in Zhongshan, and the video should have characters, story lines its own unique features.

2. Videos are encouraged to highlight agricultural cultural heritage, red culture, intangible cultural heritage and folk customs, rural crafts, agricultural landscape, traditional customs, modern etiquette, rural customs, local customs or other elements. No limitation of video styles and shooting equipment, but the videos should be themed on positive stories. Each contestant can submit up to 5 entries.

Prizes (Tax-inclusive)

Individual Awards: Best Director Award, Best Editing Award, Best Photography Award, Best Writing Award, Most Creative Award, and Best Picture Award. Two submissions will be selected for each award with a prize of 2,000 yuan each.

Outstanding Work Award: 10 winners, with a prize of 1,000 yuan each.

Most Popular Award: 10 winners, with a prize of 1,000 yuan each.
