The Zhongshan Commemoration Meeting for the 112th Anniversary of International Women's Day was held at the Zhongshan Broadcasting & Television Station on the evening of March 4 along with a cultural show.

During the meeting, representatives of the "National Outstanding Individuals (Groups) Award", chosen to safeguard the rights and interests of women and children, "Woman Trendsetter" recipients in Guangdong Province, "Woman Trendsetting Organization" recipients in Guangdong Province, and recipients of the annual Women's Workplace Opportunity Award in Guangdong Province and Zhongshan City were awarded respectively.

During the cultural show, performances such as songs and dances, sketches, recitations, musicals, group singing and others were presented to display Zhongshan women's diligence and dedication in such areas as economy, politics, culture and society.
