March 5 marked the 59th "Lei Feng Memorial Day" and the 23rd Chinese Youth Volunteer Service Day. On this day, the 2022 Zhongshan National National Civilized City Awareness Month campaign, with the theme of "Rejuvenating Zhongshan Through Culture", was launched at the Zhongshan Culture & Art Center.

Over 90 winners of the 2021 "China Good People", "Guangdong Good People" and "Zhongshan Good People" titles were given the prizes during the launch ceremony.

One person in Zhongshan was in the 2021 "China Good People" list, 13 in the "Guangdong Good People" list, and 79 the "Zhongshan Good People" list. Four "Zhongshan Good People Studios" for 2021 were unveiled.

A volunteer service market was held on the site, where volunteers provided policy consulting, science promotion, health care services among others to the citizens.
