Zhongshan held an event on September 27 to celebrate the 5th Chinese Farmers' Harvest Festival in Fusha Town.

The main venue was elaborately decorated, with fresh fruits such as dragonfruit, banana, pineapple and guava being display on site. A photo exhibition of Zhongshan's special farm products were also set up.

At the opening ceremony, seven new provincial model towns (sites) of leisure agriculture and rural tourism, seventeen newly recognized municipal leading agricultural enterprises, and three model farmers with agricultural science and technology were given awards. Six rural revitalization projects were contracted.

On the same day, live streaming sales activities for agricultural products, online village tours and other special activities were held across the city.
