The 2023 Sanjiao Snakehead Food Culture Carnival opend at Sanjiao Culture Square on March 29. The Zhongshan Institute of Snakehead Industry was unveiled during the opneing ceremony.

A snakehead cooking competition was held at the opening ceremony, bringing together 30 famous chefs from 30 well-known restaurants in Zhongshan. 

The event will last for 5 days, during which "Sanjiao Snakehead Cup" Fish King Challenge, New Fish King Charity Auction, "Sanjiao Snakehead Cup" Fish Master Competition, Award Ceremony, Sanjiao Snakehead Interactive Quiz and other activities will take place.
