The Cuiheng New District (Nanlang District) "Cantonese Cuisine Chef" Crab Cooking Competition was held in Yakou Village on September 24.

The crab cooking competition is the highlight of this event. Chefs specializing in Cantonese cuisine from 14 catering enterprises showcased their skills by presenting a variety of golden, flavorful and succulent crab dishes to the judges and the public, creating a delightful aroma of crab throughout the venue.

The three-day event, with six cultural special sessions and 68 start-up booths set up to showcase food, intangible cultural heritage and cultural creative products, attracted a total of 30,000 tourists. Consumption coupons worth 20,000 yuan were all issued as well.
