A special folk music concert was held on the evening of October 11 at the Zhongshan Culture & Art Center to pay tribute to Lyu Wencheng, a master of Cantonese music.

The Lingnan Chamber Folk Orchestra of Zhongshan performed some important works of Lyu Wencheng, such as Autumn Moon on a Calm Lake and Rising Higher Step By Step, as well as Chinese and Cantonese traditional folk songs, including First Ride on a Horse in Spring.

Founded in 2021, the Lingnan Chamber Folk Orchestra of Zhongshan is dedicated to the performance, legacy and development of folk music. It is capable of various types of performances, including solos, ensembles and collaborations.
