The 2023 Xiaolan Chrysanthemum Fair will be held at the Xiaolan Chrysanthemum Garden from November 23 to December 11.

This year's Xiaolan Chrysanthemum Fair includes eight exhibition areas for chrysanthemum landscaping, popular chrysanthemum varieties display, Flower Sea, art performances, culture display, food, creative market, and leisure and entertainment.

There are 21 groups of flower landscapes in the chrysanthemum landscaping area, themed on Beautiful Xiaolan, Rural Revitalization, Civilized City and Green Home.

The popular chrysanthemum varieties display area showcases more than 800 kinds of chrysanthemums, including Chrysanthemum morifolium, bonsai Chrysanthemums, cliff Chrysanthemums, edible Chrysanthemums and other chrysanthemum types.

The 12,000-square-meter Flower Sea area will have a main flower sea zone and three smaller ones. Platforms for photo taking and decorative items are set on both sides of the flower sea boardwalk. During the fair, a Golden Earth Concert will be held to attract tourists.

The art performance area provides a cultural stage for tourists, who can enjoy more than 20 outstanding cultural shows during the Xiaolan Chrysanthemum Fair.

At the culture display area, an exhibition will be held to showcase teachers and students' chrysanthemum-themed art works, and a Han Chinese Clothing festival will take place. Both activities combine chrysanthemums with art to promote the integration of culture and tourism.

Ticket price will be 20 yuan on weekdays and 30 yuan on weekends. Xiaolan residents with a valid ID card can enter the venue free of charge, migrant workers with a valid Xiaolan residence permit can enter the fair free of charge for their first visit. Children under the age of 12, accompanied by guardians with tickets, may enter the park free of charge. People aged 70 or above, active servicemen, people with disabilities, and medical workers may enter the venue free of charge.
