The 2023 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (Zhongshan) Food Carnival will take place at the Zhongshan Expo Center from December 28, 2023 to January 3, 2024.

Highlight 1:

This year's food carnival will feature the "Food Gathering in Zhongshan" Bay Area Food Market, which will set up over 100 booths. It will showcase delicacies of intangible cultural heritage, specialty cuisine and internet-famous snacks from Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, Huizhou, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, and Zhaoqing, as well as from the Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions.

Highlight 2:

The highlight of the carnival, the "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Chefs" Competition, will invite top culinary experts from 11 cities in the Greater Bay Area for an on-site battle.

Douyin celebrities will be invited to visit famous restaurants to boost the cyberstar economy and nighttime economy. Residents and tourists are welcome to participate in this city-wide event by posting Wechat moments and Douyin videos while enjoying delectable cuisine.

This time, amazing cultural and art activities will be presented to residents, especially the "High Fun Zhongshan" art performance on New Year's Eve. Be sure not to miss it!
