The Shagangxu Spring Festival Flower Market will open on January 31 and run through February 9.

Many merchants selling Spring Festival decorative supplies have set up their stalls, creating a vibrant festive atmosphere.

Red lanterns, hangings, Spring Festival couplets and Fu (means fortune in Chinese) stickers adorn the stalls.

Some stalls are fully prepared for the flower market, with potted plants such as citrus trees, moth orchids and chrysanthemums placed in order.

This year's Shagangxu Spring Festival Flower Market covers an area of 12,000 square meters and is divided into zone A, B and C. It attracts flower farmers from Zhongshan, Jiangmen, Foshan, Zhuhai and other places. An additional Zone D for catering is set up this year to sell special snacks and drinks.
