The highly anticipated 16th Zhongshan Book Fair opened at the main venue, Zhongshan Expo Center, on the morning of August 16 and will run through August 20.

This year's book fair consists of one main venue, one key special sub-venue at the Lijingyuan Xiangshan Study, three key sub-venues in Xiaolan, Tanzhou and Huangpu towns, as well as many special sub-venues in towns and sub-districts.

This Zhongshan Book Fair has a total of 33 exhibition areas, including the exhibition area for theme publications and the activity and signing area. It covers an area of about 16,000 square meters.

For the first time, a total of 68 reading-related enterprises, such as Readboy, Guanya, Unimass, DBS and Qingyu Lane, participated in the book fair. It is estimated that over 60,000 types of publications will be displayed in the main venue.

More than 200 reading promotion activities will be held during the book fair, in addition to over 300 online and offline reading culture activities to be held across the city.
