The five-day 16th Zhongshan Book Fair concluded on August 20. Over 500 reading-related cultural activities were held at the main venue and across the city.

Over 100,000 readers visited the main venue at the Zhongshan Expo Center. The sales of books totaled 4.2 million yuan, and the total sales stood at 5.8 million yuan.

This year's book fair had 33 exhibition zones, covering an area of about 16,000 square meters. Together with China Read 30 Forum and 21st Century Publishing Group, Zhongshan Book Fair first released the "2024 Zhongshan Youth Reading Lighthouse Program" in the country.
