The women's U18 basketball competition of the 15th National Games tipped off simultaneously at Zhongshan Gymnasium and Shaxi Gymnasium on November 5. Twelve teams gathered in Zhongshan for nine days of intense competition. On day one, Guangdong clinched a commanding 112-75 victory over Shaanxi at Zhongshan Gymnasium, marking their first win.
