Zhongshan held a New Year walking event at Qijiang New Town on the morning of January 1.

Over 10,000 participants joined the event in-person or through an online mini-game to embrace the new year.

The 6.3km route, along the Qijiang River Greenway, passed through Dragon Boat Culture Park, Yuanfeng Bridge, Xingzhong Plaza and Xiangshan Theater on the Sunwen West Road pedestrian street.
