As early summer heat sweeps across southern China, a magical winter wonderland has emerged along the coast of Zhongshan's Cuiheng New District. The 2026 Zhongshan Coast Ice & Snow Festival has officially opened at the ShenZhong Link Sunrise Viewing Point, offering locals an unprecedented cool escape right at their doorstep.

The festival breaks the region's natural limitations on snow. Using the same high-temperature snow-making technology featured at the Sochi Winter Olympics, the venue produces soft, natural-feeling "summer snow" even when temperatures are well above the freezing point.

Visitors can enjoy a variety of snow activities, including an interactive snow play zone, an ice slide area, and themed photo spots. Shovels, buckets, snowball makers, and other tools are provided, allowing guests to build snowmen, have snowball fights, and make snowballs to their heart's content.

When you need a break from the snow, the stunning coastal scenery is just steps away. The ShenZhong Link Sunrise Viewing Point offers breathtaking views of Lingdingyang Bay, the cross-sea superstructure, and spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Every moment is picture-perfect.
