The century-old shophouse arcades along Sunwen West Road glowed with charm under festive lights on the evening of August 9. As an activity of the 19th China Chorus Association Choir Festival, a special music show took place here on the pedestrian street.

The performance kicked off with the pure voices of the Zhongshan Children's Choir, whose singing instantly ignited the atmosphere. The Qiseguang Children's Choir, Yingming Children's Choir, Yuezhisheng Choir and others took the stage in turns, entertaining the audience with brilliant performances.

The highlight was the Hey International Student Chorus of Shanghai University. Sixteen international students from Russia, Malaysia, Indonesia and others moved the audience with a heartfelt Chinese song.

In the finale, all participating choirs joined the audience in a mass sing-along, bringing the event to a rousing climax.
