Since the beginning of the new semester, a group of students from different countries and regions have come to study and live in China (Hong Kong) English School (short for C.H.E.S.). 

Nikita from Ukraine and Maria from Poland said that their parents sent them to C.H.E.S. because of its diverse cultural environment, international education system, multi-cultural harmony, and easy and fun learning atmosphere. Mary from the Solomon Islands said that students from all over the world gather here because of its excellent educational resources, which provides a complete and comprehensive international education curriculum. Student Xia Changhui from Japan said that he came here thanks to the recommendation of his friends. He felt the students here are friendly, and he enjoys studying in this school.

C.H.E.S. is one of the first bilingual international schools in Southern China. Since its establishment nearly 30 years ago, it has cultivated a large number of outstanding and innovative talents with international perspectives. Ms. Xie Hui, headmistress of the Primary School, said that the school is favored by many overseas parents and parents from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. At present, foreign students and students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan account for 42.9% of the total number of students in the primary section, and those foreign students are from nearly 30 different countries, covering six continents in the world, just like a small "United Nations".
